Refund & Return Policy

At Haloed, every product is thoughtfully created with intention, purity, and care. Due to the nature of our formulations and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@haloed.store. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

Unopened Items
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end, including damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
